What This Covers
Understanding EUDR evidence readiness
The EUDR requires operators to demonstrate that commodities placed on the EU market are deforestation-free and legally produced. This assessment evaluates your preparedness across six evidence areas derived from the regulation: scope and classification, supply chain traceability, deforestation assessment, legality verification, due diligence process, and evidence and audit readiness.
Each evidence area maps to specific articles in Regulation (EU) 2023/1115. Some questions address regulatory requirements directly, while others reflect operational best practices that support compliance but are not mandated by the regulation text. Both types are labeled in the assessment.
Results provide an indicative coverage estimate based on your self-reported answers. They are not a substitute for a formal compliance audit or legal assessment. For a detailed preparation guide, see our EUDR exporter readiness checklist. To understand your financial exposure, use the penalty exposure calculator.
Legal disclaimer: This assessment provides an indicative coverage estimate based on publicly available EUDR requirements. It does not constitute a compliance audit, legal assessment, or certification of regulatory readiness. Actual compliance depends on factors specific to your supply chain, commodity scope, and member state requirements. Coverage indicators are based on self-reported information and have not been independently verified. Some questions reflect operational best practices rather than specific regulatory requirements. Consult qualified legal counsel for specific guidance on your EUDR obligations.
