By accessing or using ResourceLedger services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use of Service

ResourceLedger provides a due diligence compliance platform for commodity supply chains. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all compliance data, evidence files, and documents you upload to ResourceLedger. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability

ResourceLedger provides compliance infrastructure tools. We do not provide legal advice. The use of our platform does not constitute legal compliance advice, and users are responsible for ensuring their compliance programs meet applicable regulatory requirements.
